Pilates
If you want to give yourself a good stretch and flexibility before a good workout at the gym, pilates is a good idea. Even if you don't wanna workout right after, it gives you that good stretch for a couple days!
Automatically, posture will improve and muscle tensions will be released. It's also fun using the equipments!! ;p
You learn from pilates to strengthen your stomach muscles by concentrating on making every movement from the stomach rather than using the back (which the majority do). By stressing our backs out, it's very likely that we're gonna end up with back problems that most of the older people have and can't stop complaining about.
After pilates, I got to know my body even better. Most of the people in my class are women and men who are much older than me, there to realize they have problems with their back and posture. I think it's better when you realize it at a younger age. Eventhough it's never too late to fix ,it gets riskier as we grow older.
BUT be careful, lessons should be taken at a professional place with certifed instructors because it's eazy to injure ourselves with peeps who don't know anything about anatomy.

I do regular old stretching before and after my workout if that still counts.. :P
