If that’s the way you're gonna play about helping others improve then you better change it because as they’re learning the basics, you’re learning the challenges. You will always be one step ahead unless you give up and start dwelling on who’s better and who’s not.

When you start comparing yourself, that’s when you’re losing your game. Nobody will ever know whats goin on in the other's subconscious. What if they want something else, we wont be doing the same thing forever. Opportunities will come from anywhere. So chill out and give something to your workplace. You wanna be remembered for the good juice.
