FREEDIVING is a more of mind game rather than a sport..I can never imajine diving down to 20 meters without an air tank..But who knows?
The person in the pic is freediving .A peaceful, heavenly feeling..down in clear waters...Just like yoga, Freediving releases stress and nourishes your senses once again..The thing is with YOGA, your mind can EASILY WANDER to I don't know where and what bad memories, but when you're down in the water...will IT REALLY!? I don't think so..especially freediving..you'll be too busy trying to breathe! (Since the Dive on single breath of air)
The World Champion free diver (Martin Stepanek) went down to 108 meters DAYYMN!!
Maybe one day, I will be able to dive freely without a tank...It's a challenge...Probably when I'm really sick of everything and desperate to do something out of the ordinary, I will be bold enough to do it..

it seems interesting ... i couldnt dive freely with my mind in yoga .. but i regular diving it feels like .. i dont know what something nice..
but the diving with no tank .. NO WAY

N.A., Reem & Dawn: I don't know if they have it in Dubai..But I guess it requires alot of time to learn this...one step aat a time..AND NO I haven't thought about going for it!! I just think it's really interesting tho..

freediving@108 metres depth is risky, ill attempt a freedive only to 100 meters hehehe
